Determined To Get It Sorted!

Just to let you know that the lift is now up (and down!) and working. Paul was wonderful, patient and got it sorted. It hasn’t been an easy job I think but he was determined to get it sorted. Very professional and if you keep personnel files, please register this. Maybe he just liked the coffee and chocolate biscuits though!

Taking Great Care In Everything They Do!

We are now in the third week of the lift replacement programme and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with how the work is progressing. More importantly, I do need to tell you that Chris and Ben are real stars. They really are taking great care in everything they do but went above and beyond in cleaning up after the scaffolders. It was quite a mess they had to clear too but everyone is very impressed and grateful.

They Go Above and Beyond!

Just wanted to let you know how impressed we are with the team – particularly Amy and Paul. They are always really helpful and polite and have made every effort to ensure a quick response or attendance for us on some quite challenging issues at site. They go above and beyond on every occasion and quite frankly, that’s unusual these days! Very refreshing!

Outstanding Job on the Refurb of The Lifts

Just got back from Annual leave and wanted to pass on my thanks to A W Parry’s Lift Engineers for doing an outstanding Job on the refurb of the lifts, I have never seen them looking so clean and working so smooth and quiet. Please pass on my thanks to them for their outstanding work and their patience in getting the work complete, it wasn’t easy.
